Director / Cameraman Billy Elkins has over 31 years of successful film projects to his credit. His documentary work has appeared on the Discovery Channel, NBC, PBS and the History Channel. As Director, Billy casts the talent and encourages the best performances from on screen actors. As Director of Photography (cameraman), he has an extensive working knowledge of film and video cameras. As a filmmaker, he prefers to edit as well, preserving the initial flavor and style of the project. Billy delivers a film that reflects the clients' vision and more.

A Steadicam operator since 1987, Billy adds great production value to every film, and captures incredible floating, point-of-view footage for our Real Estate / Development clients. Billy is also adept at numerous exotic camera mounts and stability platforms used on camera cars, camera boats and helicopters.

Producer Deborah Razete-Elkins has over thirty years of corporate marketing / advertising and production experience. With a National and regional award-winning documentary (airing on the History Channel and PBS) to her credit, along with dozens of commercials, sales films and music album / music video projects, Deborah is the perfect complement to Billy's talents.

Deborah works directly with clients, oversees all aspects of scouting and securing locations, production books and scheduling, hiring talented crew, creating scripts, securing legal releases, creating 3-D animation and graphics, and designing collateral materials such as full color brochures, labels, dubs and packaging for the film or commercial. This is key to a well organized and cohesive project, lessening the workload and worry of the client.

Using her powerful graphics workstation computer, she designs corporate logos and animation sequences that enhance the client's image. Another aspect of Deborah's production abilities is arranging a still photo shoot in concert with motion picture production, resulting in higher production value and savings for the client by simultaneously using the same talent, sets, props and locations.
