With over 31 years of successful projects, Director Billy Elkins and Producer Deborah Razete-Elkins have produced award-winning films and commercials for many developers and manufacturers. Many of our clients have been our clients for over 20 years, coming back for our quality work and attention to detail. We provide technical expertise balanced with creativity.

An all-digital edit suite in house, as well as a 3-D graphics workstation, a fully equipped grip truck with support equipment including a Steadicam, HMI lights, dolly, a jib, and all the other necessary equipment will make your shoot go smoothly. We also shoot underwater and use aerial and car mounts in conjunction with our Steadicam to obtain the most exciting, fluid imagery.

Billy Elkins Films shoots only in professional broadcast formats of High Definition(HD), Digital DVCAM (16.9 and 4.3), BETA SP, 16mm and 35mm film. We are extremely well versed in film and own half a dozen motion picture cameras and film audio recorders (Nagras).

Billy Elkins Films also produced the television documentary "PIONEER MEMORIES", shown on PBS and the History Channel. This program won two national awards (TELLYs) on a par with the EMMY. In 1998 we produced a television show pilot for PBS called SMART INTERIORS, which also won a TELLY. Many other projects have aired on NBC and The Discovery Channel.
