Billy Elkins Films approaches each project by exploring the client’s needs and application for the film or commercial. Producer Deborah Razete-Elkins works with the client to determine length and theme of the film. She then proceeds with a customized production book that contains all the aspects of the whole production. Deborah formulates a shot list, and a shooting schedule. Her pre-production skills are invaluable in defining the goals of the project. This production book becomes the blueprint for the client's project. Scripting is important, we can work from an outline, client brochures and information, or an agency campaign. We can provide a complete A/V script for client approval. Working from agency or client story boards gives us an accurate estimate, and we can also provide story boards for a reasonable fee. Our in-house graphics and animation capabilities are second to none. We have been providing corporate animations for over twenty years to some of the largest companies for their sales/training films and commercials, creating flying dimensional logos, artwork, graphs and charts.
